What To Eat

Every meal and snack should include clean, organic, hormone-free, grass-fed protein (eggs, poultry, wild fish, lamb, lean beef, etc.), since this will help to balance blood sugar and lessen cravings.

There are no limits on non-starchy, organic vegetables. When feasible, go for organic fresh veggies; however, organic frozen vegetables might serve as a backup option. Steer clear of pickled, creamed, or canned vegetables. Savour your vegetables whether they are baked, roasted, sautéed, or steamed.
