How to Achieve the Best Results on the Thinco Program

If you have recently decided to undertake the Thinco program, congratulations on starting your journey to a new and healthier you! However, we understand that in the beginning, some people can feel overwhelmed and confused and we want you to know that we are here to support you along your journey. That is why we have created this article so that you can achieve the best possible result on the Thinco program. Let’s get into it!

It is important to note that this diet must be used in conjunction with BOTH the formula (diet drops or VLC diet capsules), Thinco’s specialised food list AND all 3 phases completed at 100% to achieve a successful outcome.

Preparation

When beginning your Thinco journey, it is important that you undertake a couple of activities to get started. Firstly, either download the program guide for easy access on your phone or ensure that you have your printed program guide on you for easy access. We highly recommend reading this program in its entirety so that you understand the entire Thinco program and how it works. It is also important that you weigh yourself every single day. Weigh yourself as soon as you get up, first thing in the morning after going to the toilet and before you eat or drink anything. Ensure that you have reliable, good quality scales and always use the same scales to minimise the chance of discrepancies. Keep a food diary of everything you eat and drink on the plan as some foods may not agree with you and cause your body to retain water. This will also help our team troubleshoot in case you stall or gain weight during the program. Take your measurements as on occasions during the program, some people will not show a weight loss on the scales. However, they will show a substantial loss in their measurements. Join the Thinco Facebook support group where other men and women help keep you accountable, motivated, and inspired. Take before and after photos as when you look at yourself in the mirror every day you won’t notice your daily weight loss visually. However, when you compare a photo of yourself from a weak earlier, will see how your body shape begins to change. There are photography tips within your Thinco program guide to ensure the best quality photos are being taken. There is also a handy measurement chart to keep all your information whilst on the program.

So, Thinco works through 3 phases and all 3 phases need to be completed to obtain a successful outcome. Phase 1 is the load up phase and consists of 2 days. In this phase, you start the formula (VLC capsules or drops) and load up on lots of good quality foods. In this phase, you are not counting calories and no food or drinks are off-limits. If you want to eat that cheeseburger, enjoy it!

Phase 2 is the phase where you lose the fat and consists of 23 to 48 days. It is very important that you only consume foods and drinks in the quantities given that are included on the allowed list. If it isn’t on this list, you cannot have it during this phase of the program. No ifs, ands or buts.

Phase 3 is the maintenance phase where you keep off the weight. It consists of 21 to 50 days, and it is vital that you do not skip this phase as it is the most important phase of the entire program. In this phase, you will stabilise the weight you have lost during phase 2. You will begin to reintroduce foods back into your lifestyle whilst still avoiding foods that contain carbohydrates, starch, and sugar.

When it comes to the product dosage and instructions, please visit your program guide to ensure you are taking the right number of capsules for your program. This section of the guide also recommends various other supplements that can help you along your weight loss journey.

Phase 1

When commencing phase 1, it is important that you take the formula as per the instructions on the bottle or within the program guide. This phase is important as it achieves numerous purposes and needs to be taken seriously. Eat plenty of food and don’t worry about calories. Ensure that you do not skip any meals. Also, please don’t become concerned if you gain weight during this phase as it will quickly disappear in phase 2. Within the program guide, you will find some suggested phase 1 loading foods that you can include if you wish. Some key tips are to simply enjoy this phase. Enjoy all your favourite naughty foods as it is going to be a little while before you can eat them again. Now is also a good time to remove all tempting food from your home. You could even start meal prepping for phase 2 so that you have your meals ready to go, which drastically reduces the chance of cheating due to convenience. 

Phase 2

As mentioned above, phase 2 is about losing fat. Here are some dos and don’ts that you need to keep in mind to maximise your chance of success.

DO’S:

  1. Take the products correctly.
  2. Drink 3.5 litres of water a day. Try and include a squeeze of lemon and lemon water helps aid weight loss and detoxes the body.
  3. Ensure you have completed all steps within your preparation stage. This includes photos, measurements, buying a food diary and so forth.
  4. Shop using the approved products appendix in the files.
  5. Meal prep to reduce the chance of cheating.
  6. Join the private Facebook group as the support you receive makes a massive difference on your journey.

DON’T’S:

  1. No alcohol.
  2. No strenuous exercise if you are on the standard program.
  3. No foods if it isn’t listed on your approved foods list.
  4. No oils, fats, sugar, or carbs.

During phase 2, as you stop consuming sugar you will find that you experience some withdrawal symptoms alongside some detoxing symptoms for the first few days as your body is eliminating the stored toxins. You will more than likely experience headaches, nausea, and lethargy. To help you get through this ensure that you are drinking 3.5 litres of water per day, and we recommend incorporating some green tea to help the process. Use pain medicine before the headaches get too uncomfortable and get ready to feel amazing. 

The approved foods for this section of the program can be found within your program guide. You will be surprised at the multiple options you have on a VLC diet program. To stay inspired in this area of the program, we recommend getting creative in the kitchen. There is nothing worse than eating the same thing day in, day out. If you do this, we can almost guarantee that you will eventually fall of the wagon. This program doesn’t have to be boring, repetitive, and tasteless. If you visit the private Facebook group, you will be amazed at some of the delicious recipe’s customers have come up with. You can still eat pizza, burgers, and pasta… you just must do it the right way. During the phase, we also highly recommend eating all your allowances. A lot of the time customers don’t have much of an appetite, due to the appetite suppressant in the supplements. However, if you continue to skip meals or allowances, eventually you will overeat, and this will cause you to stall or gain weight. There is a sample daily meal plan for phase 2 within your program guide and we highly recommend that you look at it.

Phase 3

During this phase of the program, you stop taking the VLC diet capsules or diet drops. You need to continue eating the phase 2 allowed foods for 2 days while the formula is leaving your system. On the 3rd day, you can start introducing foods from the phase 3 approved lists. This phase is the most important phase of the program, and we cannot stress this enough. We have seen a lot of customers not follow this phase correctly or cave with unapproved foods and end up putting the weight back on. You just worked so hard for weeks, don’t blow it now.

We highly recommend that you take our Garcinia Supreme for support during phase 3 as this will help you stabilise and maintain your weight. This product helps by suppressing your appetite and cravings and helps avoid emotional eating.

Now, if you did phase 2 for 50 days then you need to do phase 3 for 50 days. If you did phase 2 for 21 days, then you need to do phase 3 for a minimum of 21 days. You also need to remember that this phase is not about losing weight. If you naturally lose weight in phase 3 then this is your body’s way of finding it’s happy maintaining weight and it is okay. If you are still wanting to lose weight, this isn’t the phase to do it. Extend phase 2 if this is your goal.

The goal of phase 3 is for your body to set your new weight as its target weight. The weight recorded on the final morning of taking the formula will be the target set weight and stabilising to that weight (+ or – 900g) is the aim of the maintenance phase. 

Key points to consider in this phase is that it must be for a minimum of 21 days, don’t take the VLC formula, stabilise your weight and only eat from the approved list of foods. To maximise your success, you must re-introduce foods slowly, increase your protein, weigh yourself daily, don’t eat foods that aren’t approved, keep drinking 3.5 litres of water every single day.

To really help you here we want to show you an example of introducing new foods into phase 3.

Day 1: introduce new food type (avocado)

Day 2: no new foods introduced (enjoying all your choices from phase 2)

Day 3: introduce new food type (broccoli)

Day 4: no new foods introduced
Day 5: introduce new food type (pork)

Day 6: no new foods introduced

Day 7: continue as above

If you see that you have a small weight gain, you will become aware of what foods agree with you and what foods don’t. if you increase above 900g of your target set weight then you must have a steak, fish, or egg day (please refer to your program).

We cannot stress this enough. If you want to maximise your success on this program, you must push through in phase 3. It can be hard. You’ve gone a few weeks on a calorie-restricted diet and now you can introduce some very yummy food back into your diet. What we see is customers going overboard. If this becomes too disheartening, which we have seen many times before. Some customers stop indefinitely, and all the weight lost returns. Stay motivated, surround yourself with strong support systems, try and reduce how much you go out to reduce the chance of cheating. Believe in yourself. You have gotten this far, you can finish!

Before we leave you, we want to discuss constipation. It is important to avoid constipation as this can cause your weight loss to stall and, in some cases, gain weight. However, if this is happening to you, please don’t worry as it happens to 70% of people whilst undertaking the program. It is very normal. To ensure you have a bowel movement every day (or at least every second day) take some sugar-free fibre tea that assists with elimination (we highly recommend dieters tea). If you need a little more of a push, try a mild laxative if you feel comfortable doing so. But please seek advice from your GP regarding this option.
