1. LOAD UP PHASE:


FILL YOUR BODY WITH GOOD NUTRITIOUS FOOD FOR 2 – 3 DAYS


This phase is all about loading up with good quality nutritious foods and lasts for 2 or 3 days.



Start off by using our 100% Natural Thinco Drops or Capsules (they both work exactly the same way, it’s just a matter of preference)

  • Eat well, enjoying plenty of calories and good fats which are high in healthy oils, like avocado, coconut oil, salmon, olives, nuts, and cheese. There is no restriction on what foods you can eat during this phase!

  • Plus, a little bit of alcohol (a glass of red wine) and dark chocolate is okay too

  • Make sure to avoid junk foods with trans fats, like buttered microwave popcorn, fast food, frosted treats and frozen pizza

This is the part where you can start shedding weight, you can continue on this plan for up to 7 weeks. Continue taking your Thinco Capsules or Thinco Diet Drops and follow the meal plan provided with your order. Get organised with our Phase 2 Thin Up Grocery List.

  • Take your Thinco products according to their directions

  • Follow our specially designed and scientifically proven fat burning meal plan (don’t worry, it’s everyday foods and the recipes are easy)

  • See some of the meal plans here!

  • Our products and meal plan are specifically designed to help you lose stored stubborn bad fat (adipose fat) which is the hardest fat to shift (hips, thighs, belly) that most other diets fail on.

  • You do not lose healthy fat (which your body needs) or muscle, holding on to the good stuff that makes you, you
