There are three phases to the Thinco® 21 Day Program. All three phases of the program must be completed to control your weight and keep it off, learn more about the plan here.
PHASE 1: LOAD UP (2-3 DAYS)
- This is the first phase and lasts for 2 or 3 days. During this phase, take the formula (Thinco® Diet Capsules or Thinco® Diet Drops) Eat well, enjoying plenty of calories and good fats which are high in healthy oils. There is no restriction on what foods you can eat during this phase… and yes some alcohol is okay too.
PHASE 2: THIN UP (25 or 50 Days)
- Follow our specific Easy to follow fat burning meal plan
- It’s during this phase you will lose the weight
PHASE 3: KEEP IT UP & OFF
- Phase 3 ideally should be for as long as Phase 2 or a minimum of 14 days if weight has remained stable. It is in this phase that the weight that has been lost during phase 2 is maintained and stabilised via an equally important meal plan to ensure you keep it off.

Our Thinco® Diet Capsules work exactly the same way as the Thinco® Diet Drops and achieve the same results. The only difference is the way the formula is taken. Thinco® Diet Capsules are a once per day dosage (slow release). Thinco® Diet Drops are 10 drops under the tongue 3 times per day.
Some people prefer taking the formula 3 times per day (this is a more psychological connection to having the formula 3 times) whilst others prefer the convenience of one slow release soft gel capsule per day…..one is not better than the other.

When using our Thinco® Diet Capsules or Thinco® Diet Drops, there is no need to include exercise (other than walking) into your daily activities as exercise is not a necessity to achieve the desired results on our program.
Exercise other than walking it not part of the flagship Thinco® Diet program. If you already exercise and want to continue exercising (e.g gym, weights, cardio ect) then we recommend our Active Plan. This plan is more suitable for you if you enjoy strenuous exercise or have a physically demanding job.

During the first couple of days, you may experience minimal hunger. This is usually due to not eating enough quality foods during Phase 1: Load Up Phase and can be easily avoided by loading properly. It is reportedly quite a benefit to each of us to undertake a detox periodically. This can be especially so if one’s lifestyle is not described honestly as a healthy one….also, living in the 21st century brings with it pollutants in all manner and from which it is difficult to escape.

Any time one deviates from the instructions, there is a chance that the loss will stall but adding a day or two to the program may be sufficient to see the same loss outcome. “Life happens” etc and it is difficult to cordon off the entire program time with no interruption to the diet. THINCO® ACTIVE PLAN
The Thinco® Active Plan works the same way as our flagship program with additional calories in the form of extra protein.
