Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order is shipped due to hygiene, health and safety reasons.

The only exception to this is if the parcel is returned via customs or Australia Post and has not actually been received by the customer. Please see our Shipping & Postage page for further information.

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.
