Lemon Turmeric Flush Drink

- 2 cups Water
- 1 Lemon, squeezed
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
- 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Stevia or 1 Tablespoon Honey or Real Maple Syrup
Avocado & Strawberry Smoothie

- 150g Strawberries
- 4 Tbsp. low-fat natural yogurt
- 200ml almond milk
- Lemon or lime juice to taste
- Honey to taste

Tropical Blueberry Smoothie

- 2 Teaspoons natural sweetener
- 1 Cup chopped pineapple
- 1 ½ Cups frozen blueberries
- 1 Orange
- ½ Cup water
Iced Green Tea with Mint & Honey

- 4 Cups water
- 4 Green tea bags
- 2 Sprigs fresh mint
- ¼ Cup honey
- 2 Cups ice
- 2 Cups cold water
- Additional sprigs of mint for serving
- Lemon slices for serving
Method
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat; add tea bags and 2 mint sprigs. Cover and let steep 10 minutes.
- Remove and discard tea bags and mint. Stir in honey until dissolved.
- In a large pitcher, add 2 cups of ice, 2 cups cold water, and green tea mixture. Stir well to combine. Chill until cold.
- Serve over ice, with a lemon slice and mint sprig.
