Ingredients:
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Method:
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined.
Cilantro Lime Dressing
Ingredients:
- ½ cup olive oil extra virgin
- ¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Add ingredients to a mason jar and shake vigorously until well mixed. Alternatively, you can add ingredients to a small food processor or high-speed blender and blend for 20-30 seconds.
- Store cilantro lime dressing in refrigerator for up to one week between servings.
Sesame Ginger Dressing
Ingredients:
- 1-tablespoon olive oil
- 1-tablespoon sesame oil
- 1-tablespoon soy sauce
- 1-tablespoon maple syrup
- 1-tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1-teaspoon freshly minced ginger
Method:
- Whisk together the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup and rice vinegar.

Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove minced garlic
- ½ cup olive oil

Method:

- Add the avocado chunks to a food processor along with the Greek yogurt, cilantro, limejuice, olive oil and minced garlic.
