Are you looking for a delicious and nutritious recipe that is both phase 2 and 3 approved? Well, look no further. This curried white fish and cabbage recipe has definitely become one of our favourites and we think it will become yours too! Super quick, super easy, super yum!
Ingredients:
- 100g white fish
- 1 brown onion, diced
- ¼ teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 ½ cup cabbage, chopped
- 1 red chilli
- Coriander, to garnish
Method:
- Add onion, curry powder and chilli to pain and cook for a few minutes or until fragrant.
- Add white fish, water and cabbage and cook until fish is cooked through and no longer translucent.
- Serve with coriander.

Thank you for this. It is an alternative to what I have been making for years. Mine did include White Rice, so I shall replace the rice with cabbage. Thank you
My recipe similar to this, includes Celery, Spinach Leaves, Ginger and I include Bay Leaves for flavour as I am not fussed with much Coriander.
When ok to have, Coconut Cream is also lovely with it.
