Strawberry Float Recipe
Phase Two and Three Approved
Ingredients
4 strawberries
Stevia to taste
40g ice Cream, whipped
Instant coffee to garnish
Method
1. Place strawberries, ice and stevia in a blender and blend.
2. Scope mixture into wine glass.
3. Top with whipped cream, stevia and a sprinkle of instant coffee
4. Enjoy!
Tomato and Vegetable Soup
Phase Two Approved
Ingredients
Vegetables: 1 onion, 1 zucchini and 1 choko.
1-tablespoons garlic
1 can crushed tomatoes
500ml to 750ml vegetable stock
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Fry the onion and vegetables with the garlic.
2. Add crushed tomatoes and mix well.
3. Add stock.
4. Bring to boil then simmer until vegetables are cooked through.
5. Blend with a stick blender or a food processor and add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve with your favourite grilled protein on the side.
Chicken Stir Fry
Phase Two Approved
Ingredients
100g chicken breast
2 zucchinis
1 packet slendier noodles
2 tablespoons Braggs
1 Tablespoon Vegeta Vegetable Stock
Method
1. Dice chicken breast and zucchini.
2. Brown chicken and zucchini in fry pan with Vegeta and Braggs.
3. Thoroughly rinse slendier noodles until odour is gone.
4. Add noodles to pan.
5. Enjoy
Lighter Bolognese
Phase Two Approved
Ingredients
100g beef mince
2 zucchinis
1 can diced tomatoes
1 packet slendier fettuccini
1 tablespoon Vegeta Vegetable Stock
Method
1. Dice zucchini.
2. Brown mince in pot.
3. Add zucchini, diced tomatoes and Vegeta into pot. Wait for zucchini to soften.
4. Thoroughly rinse fettuccini until odour is gone.
5. Add fettuccini into pot and stir.
6. Enjoy
Lighter San Chow Bow
Phase Two Approved
Ingredients
100g beef mince
1 onion
3 small lettuce cups
3 tablespoons Braggs
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Dice onion.
2. Brown mince in pan.
3. Add onion and Braggs to pan.
4. Once cooked spoon mixture into washed lettuce cups.
5. Enjoy
