Ingredients
- 100g raw steak (prime quality if possible)
- 1-2 tomatoes (vegetable quota)
- optional: finely minced garlic
- chopped basil and/or parsley
Method
Coat your steak with the garlic if used. Grill the steak. Grill a thick slice of tomato so it softens – it will be placed over the steak. Cut the remainder of the tomatoes into wedges and fan them around part of the plate’s edge. Steak onto plate and enjoy!
