Don’t worry… I think everyone is in the same boat. They’re a few activity options to help cure social distancing boredom and one of them is to get in the kitchen and get creative! We have come up with 4 easy Thinco approved (Active Plan) recipes for you to whip up in the kitchen that will not only cure some of your boredom but will aid weight loss and assist in boosting your overall health and wellbeing.
Beef Tacos – Lunch
150-175g shredded beef + choice of herbs and chili, cooked in a small amount of water to avoid sticking to pan wrapped in lettuce leaves.
Omelet – Breakfast
3 egg whites, 1 whole egg, chopped spinach or tomatoes with unlimited tea or coffee (no more than 1 tablespoon of milk)
Moroccan Chicken – Dinner
150-175g chicken breast, coated in Moroccan spice, baked served with 3 cups asparagus and onion – pan-fried with water and vegetable stock.
Spaghetti Bolognese – Dinner
150-175 ultra lean beef mince cooked with fresh tomatoes, garlic and onion. Served with slendier spaghetti or konjac noodles.
