Do you like snacks? We like snacks? In fact we love snacks! What we don’t love about snacks is that sometimes they are time consuming and as they say… ain’t nobody got time for that! We looked into numerous low-prep time snack ideas and are coming to you with the most time efficient and yummiest ones!

1. Tasty Rice Cakes

Ingredients:

2 Brown Rice Cakes
2 Tablespoons almond butter

Method:

Sliced Banana
Sprinkle with cinnamon 

2. Fruit Salad

Cut up your favorite fruits
Sprinkle with cayenne pepper

3. Cucumber Roll Ups

Ingredients:

1 large cucumber
6 tablespoons garlic hummus
6 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
6 tablespoons crumbled fat free feta 


Method:

1. Using a peeler, peel entire cucumber into long slices. 
2. Mix feta and sundried tomatoes in bowl
3. Lay out cucumber slice, spread hummus, put in fillings and then roll up.
4. Enjoy!

4. Apple Cookies

Ingredients

1 Apple
¼ cup peanut butter
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup almonds, chopped
¼ cup coconut chopped
¼ cup walnuts chopped

Method:

1. Core and slice apple into thin slices
2. Spread with peanut butter
3. Sprinkle toppings
4. Enjoy!

5. Celery Boats

Ingredients:

2 stalks of celery
¼ cup low fat cottage cheese
1 spring onion, chopped 
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1. Cut celery stalk into three medium size pieces
2. In a bowl mixed cottage cheese and spring onion
3. Scoop mixture into celery boat
4. Salt and pepper to taste
5. Enjoy!
