- mint leaf
- nutmeg powder
or use the whey and water with cinnamon
A teaspoon of psyllium husks can be added to thicken and increase the volume of your smoothie – give the husks a few minutes to bloat; make sure you drink a big glass of water whenever you eat psyllium husks.
